Benz's 21st

Baked chewy brownies and mommy made blueberry jam! Made this as a surprise birthday cake for Benz because he loved my brownies or so he claimed.

We had a staycay at Wanderlust on 15th Nov!

Benz didn't like the idea of celebrating his 21st with a buncha people so this could be a better alternative. Also it was a Saturday and he would be booking out at 2pm, a party would be too mind-straining, I guess? Why not sleepover at somewhere as cozy as this whimsical room where we can both relax and be indulged in each other's company ◕‿◕ So I went to get the balloons and cabbed down first but lied to him that I had to reach there on time to check in because I was supposed to.

I miss

 •  chilling throughout  •  drifting in and out of sleep knowing you're beside  •  snuggling under the blanket  •  falling asleep to your warmth  •  radio playing in sync to your snores  •  waking you up because I didn't dare to go to the toilet alone and you on the other hand wakes up from your deep slumber with a smile and said 'okay babe'  •  random hugs and kisses in the midst  •  waking up to your face staring back at me with a smile

This staycay was one the best moments I've had with you, and I hope you had a goooodass rest because you were so tired that day. Glad the choice was made. I love you so terribly much.
