anxiety flowers bloomed everywhere beneath my skin: bless your souls

I was offered a booth at TLP night market and since it was on 1st November, I decided to quickly whip up a sticker pack of 5. The process of creating these characters was pretty tough because I had to churn out personalities for each and every one of it in such a short amount of time.

So glad I did it.

Experimented with colours and I'm loving colours a lot more now ╰(◉ᾥ◉)╯

31 October 2014 - Meet and Greet with Soothingsistaaa!

So I was getting ready for school at about 10AM when Riona texted and said she was gonna go for the meet and greet. We talked about it before and she couldn't make it at first due to work but she successfully changed her time slot :) Rushed like a bull to get a drawing for Steph done!!!!1

I wasn't sure bout it at first but Riona and her friend praised it so much it made my confidence rise a lil ahahaha.

Queued from 1130am to 2pm but due to time constrain they had to cut away the queue I was in... Rushed to the back to catch a glimpse of Steph and managed to pass my drawing to her.

The bloggers/youtubers had to retreat back so I rushed(again) to the escalator where she would be taking and said bye! the most exhilarating part was her remembering me and my drawing and said thank you for the drawing + see you soon *~*

Pin from TLP told me that her interviewer will be contacting me for an interview that'd be posted up on a new POSB website. Not sure what it was about but she mentioned 'interview' and it sounded sick as heck.

A few days later Si Hui the interviewer contacted me for a meet up so we settled on a day, venue and time. Never knew anxiety would hit me this hard, I was literally shaking both physically and vocally...it was embarrassing.

We talked for awhile and went on with the whole idea of Boogerust etc. Honestly speaking, I'm not too sure if I should be having that interview because I'm not even a successful and famous illustrator... so I had a bit of difficulty describing myself and my art in general.

After that she told me to pose for some shots that would be up on the article.

She was real professional, but I couldn't help but wrinkled up into a ball of nerves inside.
